On September 6, 2025, at the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds, we're bringing together families, law enforcement, and local businesses to create a safer, healthier future - one step at a time!
Join us for a fun filled day focused on physical & mental wellness, family, fun and our furry friends.

At RexRun you can fulfill their very dream. A package complete with a badge, personalized certificate and live swearing in ceremony with Arapahoe County Sheriff Tyler Brown!
Deputy John Gray and Rex are Arapahoe County Sheriffs Office School Resource Officers assigned to Littleton Public School District elementary schools.
Rex is a black Labrador Retriever, who is a trained and certified Therapy/explosive detection K9. Rex loves spending time with people, loves to play and most of all loves to work!

Deputy Adam Nardi and Riley are Arapahoe County Sheriffs Office School Resource Officers assigned to Cherry Creek Public School District. elementary schools.
Riley is a black labrador retriever, who is a trained and certified Therapy/Firearms Detection K9. Riley loves to play with his uncles Rex and Zeke.

Deputy Travis Jones and Zeke are Arapahoe County Sheriffs Office School Resource Officers assigned to Littleton Public schools at Newton Middle School.
Zeke is a black Labrador retriever, who is a trained and certified Therapy/Electronic detection dog. Zeke likes to hang out with his brother Rex and work for treats .

Deputy Candace Gray and Bear are Arapahoe County Sheriffs Office School Resource Officers assigned to Cherry Creek Public School District Elementary Schools.
Bear is a chocolate Labrador Retriever, who is in training to be a dual purpose K9, and is in training to be a Therapy/explosive detection K9.

Deputy Drew Matthews and Otis are Arapahoe County Sheriffs Office School Resource Officers assigned to Byers High School/Deer Trail High School.
Otis is a black Labrador Retriever who is in training to be a firearms and explosives detection K9 as well as a Therapy K9.

RexRun and Back the Blue K9 Force also support the Patrol K9 Unit at the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office. These dedicated K9s and their handlers patrol communities in Arapahoe County, helping keep citizens and deputies safe.
Nuke, Atlas, Doc, Bodhi, Rust and Voq are trained in a variety of disciplines to include apprehension, tracking and finding drugs, explosives and other evidence.
